Hypnosis for Fear of Flying

Hypnosis for flying phobia is and has been one of my specialties and favorite things to work on. I flew comfortably until I was about 21 years old when I had my first panic attack on a plane. Since then – for about a decade I was looking for various options to help with my intense fear of flying. I have tried numerous approaches and hypnosis for fear of flying is the treatment that worked for me as a client.


 

I studied various techniques when it comes to hypnosis fear of flying as well and my approach is an amalgamation of the various fear of flying treatment techniques that worked best for me. Some of the techniques I use are focused on the following.

Very often fear of flying can be caused by a combination of factors – some people may feel claustrophobic or trapped so not being able to get out is a big factor. Others may be afraid the plane will fall. Others may fear turbulence or all of the above. Learning to understand the specific fears in your case as well as finding their source and zooming in on fear of closed spaces or fear of being trapped as part of working with a hypnotherapist for fear of flying can be an efficient way to resolve it.


 

  1. Depotentiating Negative Memories
